via Google Had a great experience with Auto Detailing Austin. Jasmine was super professional and even honored the $100 deposit I paid months ago when I missed my first appointment , that really meant a lot.
Ty was the tech who worked on my truck, and he did an amazing job. He got rid of a tough oil spill and even went the extra mile with some extra touch-ups I didn’t even ask for. You can tell he loves what he does, and i appreciate that a lot. The truck looked way better than I expected.
Just felt taken care of all around. Definitely a place I’d recommend and will be coming back to.

Kerri Glennvia Google Allow me to set the stage…four dogs on a month long roadtrip, one is a Husky and one is a Great Pyrenees. My car was covered in hair, slobber, dog food, and dust. The amazing team at Auto Detailing Austin made it look brand spanking new, and I could not be more grateful! Prior to the trip my car had been immaculate, so having it returned to its previous state was so appreciated.
Not only did they do a great job on the car itself, but their customer service/scheduling was wonderful! The gals that helped me schedule, drop off, and pick up, were all amazing and so helpful!

Daniel Brooksvia Google They exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. My car looked brand new inside and out! Every nook and cranny was spotless, and they even got out stains I thought were permanent. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality detailing at a fair price. Will definitely be coming back!

Jen Frostvia Google I cannot emphasize enough just how much I appreciate this company's service. Not only does the inside of my car look absolutely brand new (a car that I've had people spill things in for the better of 4 years), but it has a shine on the outside that cleverly hides the rest of the marks that requires an intense body shop makeover to fix.
Andrea is an absolute sweetheart who both shows and tells how much she enjoys her work. She greets you so energetically if you meet her in the morning to drop off your car, and also allows you to drop it off before or after hours, if its more convenient for you, with a nifty secure key box to put your car keys in. Although, it is highly recommended to be there in person to pinpoint the areas you want to make sure are noticed. You can also pick up your car after hours without any worry at all (Andrea will explain the method to you). Just this one interaction alone shows how the company as a whole regards ease of service and customer comfort to a high degree. Andrea also messages you throughout the day in case she finds any issues with the car (i.e. my sister had a defect with her car's air vent and Andrea had actually texted her with a DIY solution using a paperclip). At the end, she messaged me the most wonderful pictures of my freshly cleaned car, and we both fawned over the results through text.
The owner, Aric, is poster child of customer service. There was a slight miscommunication about what I wanted done with my car, and all it took was one call to Aric, three rings to be precise, for him to pick up and clarify how the mistake happened and to confirm that he fixed it. He is so friendly to talk to, clearly knows what he's doing, and makes the whole process of getting my car detailed much less stressful than I first imagined.
As I told Andrea, if my car were alive, I bet it would've absolutely enjoyed the spa treatment that it got.
