I went in today and spoke with Ivan, who assured me there was no wait and encouraged me to come in. When I arrived, I waited about 20 minutes before my passenger window was repaired and put back on track. The issue turned out to be minor just an alignment inside the window, but it was handled quickly and efficiently. The price was very reasonable, and I truly appreciated that, as a woman, I was treated with honesty and fairness rather than being overcharged like at many other places.
