Great Experience, Honestly. I’m so glad I shopped around because I hadn’t heard of Auto Glass Now. Definitely feels like I got the best deal possible. I’d highly recommend this place over the others. I could not be happier with my experience with Autoglass Express. There were a few issues we ran into when replacing a window on my minivan. The staff was so responsive and collaborative with me, especially Elver. The work was very very good. Highly recommend.

Incredibly affordable, friendly service, and quick turnaround. I called so many other places before I found this one. Plus, they have a guarantee that if your rock chip repair doesn’t hold and the whole windshield needs replacing, I’d get a discount in the amount of the rock chip repair cost. Can’t recommend these folks enough. Great small business

I picked up my SUV thinking everything was fine until I walked past the hatch, which was where the new glass was installed, and my car now has FOUR NEW DINGS! Some fresh scratches, too. I know it happened at their shop because I literally ran my hands over the car hatch and rear body, right where the new dings are, immediately before dropping off my car. I was attending to the broken glass and was staring at that area and cleaning things up for at least 15 minutes. When I picked up the car, the dings were so big I noticed them immediately, just walking past the car, not even trying to inspect anything. Not to mention, I just bought the car two weeks ago and the dings and scratches definitely weren’t there then. There’s no way and the Craigslist pics prove it. I told them immediately, before driving off, and all they did was deny, deny, deny. I was willing to be reasonable and work something out, but they won’t consider it. So now I have to deal with small claims court and a badly banged up car. Ugh.
