Andy is the best!! Single handledly saved me from the grips of an unfair insurance company. He Has been nothing but honest and caring with my car care needs since I moved here! I couldn't have navigated the last few months, my first few months since I moved to California mind you, without the auto care provided by Andy and his friendly staff. They are simply the best, if you live in Oakland or the east bay for that matter, you would be crazy to take your car anywhere . Real time collision is the real deal, they will treat you right. The service was exceptional, very respectful Kindhearted individuals who was more than willing to work with me? Financially and physically on the car. Great people that work at this wonderful place. I'm very glad I went there and got my service done. Not once, but twice, I would recommend ten out of ten. Also truly appreciate the communications and updates... thank you realtime collision repair for the stress relief i was given each time i took my vehical for repair..

I had my car repaired here and it was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had with an auto shop. The staff are skilled, friendly, and very professional. They explained everything clearly, treated me with respect, and truly cared about my concerns. What really stood out was their honesty and integrity - fair pricing, no hidden fees, and no pressure. The repair quality was excellent, and my car runs perfectly now. This is a trustworthy, professional, and customer-focused shop. I'm very satisfied and will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Wow. The owner, Andy, and his team are absolutely incredible. I was in need of some body work after I stupidly hit a concrete retainer wall in my driveway. I brought the car in for an estimate and immediately knew this was the right place. Andy was super transparent and gave me a detailed breakdown of parts and labor. I dropped my car off late on a Sunday and to my surprise Andy was still working with his team. The work on my car was done incredibly fast, it was ready within the week. When I went to pick up and pay, it was cheaper than quoted because Andy was once again transparent in telling me that one of the pieces that was replaced was actually cheaper than the one that was quoted on the inspection. The work they did was not only fast but flawless. They also took the time to detail the car leaving it in like new condition. Friends were asking me if I got a new car! Really cannot recommend Realtime Collision enough. If you need some work done, this is the place. Their work is amazing and they make you feel comfortable and informed.

Huge shout out to Andy and his team for rebuilding my car after I got into an accident. He did it swiftly, and handled everything super professionally. He and his team truly went the extra mile every step of the way and was always super responsive with update questions and providing information on what was currently being worked on. I will definitely be coming back if I ever need things to be done to my car. Truly a diamond in the rough, always being transparent. During delivery day, he took it an extra step to fully detail my car and make it truly feel brand new. Was able to Optimize my cars allignment when other body shops were unable to. Definitely a true professional in the auto body space and I am a truly lucky customer.
