Scheduled mobile service twice and they cancelled on me twice. Called to speak to a representative and requested to cancel. On the phone for 30 minutes to cancel. Got off the phone and received several texts that my appointment was rescheduled although I cancelled. Called again, spoke to a rep to confirm the cancellation. Said he would call back but never did.
