Had a great experience at Auto Masters. Darren was my consultant and he was absolutely awesome—friendly, professional, and straight-up honest. He explained everything clearly, didn’t push unnecessary work, and made the whole process stress-free. Top-notch customer service. Highly recommend asking for Darren!

I recently took my car to Auto Masters Southport branch, and I could not be more satisfied with the level of service I received. From the moment I arrived, the team was professional, welcoming, and genuinely focused on helping me rather than simply completing transaction. They took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done by sending me a video, answered all my questions in a straightforward and honest manner and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The work on my car was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Customer service at Auto Masters Southport truly stands out. The team is knowledgeable, trustworthy and respectful of your time and budget. It is not always easy to find an auto service centre you can rely on, but this experience has given me complete confidence to return in the future. I would highly recommend Auto Masters Southport truly stands to anyone looking for reliable, professional and honest car servicing. An excellent experience from strat to finish. Thank you.

One of the best mechanical experiences I’ve ever had. It’s hard to find a mechanic with great customer service and you guys nailed it. The video explanation sent out to me was very cool, I’ve been telling everyone about my experience with auto masters. Can’t praise the front desk guy enough, he was professional, had a great sense of humour and made me feel more confident in my decision to fix something I was questioning. Also, cheers for the key ring - it’s dope.
