I can’t recommend Autophix highly enough. I was experiencing loud rattling and exhaust noises and had already taken my car to another garage, who unfortunately couldn’t fix the issue and recommended a whole new exhaust... From the moment Autophix took the car in, the experience was completely different. They had the problem identified and resolved within just 2 days, and my car was ready for collection sooner than expected. The issue turned out to be the flexi pipe on the exhaust, which they repaired perfectly, the car now runs quietly and smoothly again. A special mention to Jay, who was absolutely brilliant throughout. He was incredibly transparent, kept me updated at every stage, and even sent videos so I could clearly see what work was being done. Most importantly, he was honest and genuinely focused on achieving the best outcome rather than upselling unnecessary work. Professional, trustworthy, and efficient, Autophix has definitely earned my future custom. If you’re looking for a garage you can rely on, this is the one.

My Golf Mk6 GTI suffered a front suspension collapse, and I needed the entire suspension replaced urgently before New Year’s. From start to finish, Jay at Autophix was absolutely outstanding. He was super helpful, honest, and transparent throughout the whole process. Jay kept me fully updated with videos of the work being carried out, which gave me real peace of mind. Despite the tight timeframe, the team got the job done and had my car ready just in time for New Year’s. If you’re looking for a garage you can genuinely trust, Autophix is hands down the best garage in East London. They’re reliable, honest, and they get the job done properly.

They do an excellent job with paint matching and bodywork, quality is top notch. They made my plastic aftermarket rear bumper a perfect match with the rest of the car like it came oem from factory. I mean just take a look for yourself the before and after of my rear bumper!

Auto Phix - Tower Hamlets most known garage. I had a really good experience with this garage from start to finish. They repaired the bodywork on my car and the quality of the work was excellent — you honestly wouldn’t know there had ever been any damage. The team were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what needed to be done, which really put me at ease. The job was completed on time and the whole process was straightforward and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality bodywork repairs.

I can’t recommend this Autophix highly enough! I recently brought my car in for a major clutch repair.A big job by any standard and from start to finish, the customer service was simply exceptional. From the moment I called, I was treated with genuine care, professionalism, and respect. The team took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me an honest and fair quote, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. No surprises, no stress just brilliant communication and top-tier service. The clutch work they did was exemplary. My car now drives like new! You can tell these guys take pride in what they do. The attention to detail and the quality of the repair exceeded my expectations completely. It’s rare to find a garage that combines technical expertise with truly outstanding customer care, but this team absolutely nails it. Friendly, trustworthy, and incredibly skilled. This is the kind of service every garage should strive for. If you're looking for a reliable, customer-focused garage that goes above and beyond, this is the place. Thank you so much for the amazing work, you’ve definitely earned a loyal customer!
