My car was towed here a few days ago, and they gave me a discount on the cost to release my car. Another employee then moved me over to the tow lot, first stopping to let me get gas in one of his containers, then once at the lot, changing my spare tire onto the flat one so I could leave. The attendant at the lot also helped me remove some items. Excellent service, thank you!

ZERO stars is what I’d give. As a military service member who does dispatch as well. I am HIGHLY disappointed with the customer service done by the female. This female was so mean and tried to gaslight me. She offered no help and gave me attitude as if it was my fault. If they tell you there’s no other way to go about things. They are LYING. The staff just doesn’t want to do their job. No wonder the business has such bad reviews. BEWARE.
