Great service, body lines matched, paint matched and looked great! They buffed and cleaned the whole car which was very nice, it looked brand new again! Would highly recommend Auto Works over any other body shop in Wichita!

Dawn and Chris are wonderful! ✨ My husband and I were looking at where to get an estimate on my day off and other places were weeks out! We pulled up to Auto Works and they took us immediately and gave us an estimate. They gave me back my car like right when I first bought it and where very prompt on getting it fixed 🤩 As much as I hope I don’t need to use them again…if I do it will be them and nowhere else! 👏

What can I say! Amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service. Quick, reasonable, and accurate estimates. They matched my paint color perfectly with ease after being told by other shops that it would be difficult to match without a more costly and extensive repair. My experience was perfect. They even washed my car. The care, quality, and attention to detail that was given to me and my car was above any expectations. With how picky I am that's hard to accomplish. Congratulations Auto Works Collision for a job well done.

This place is fantastic in every way from start to finish. I'm not going to bash on my car insurance because all-in-all they've been great. This situation just happened to be a little ' sticky. ' The motto here is ' we make friends by accident ' , which I think is a pretty clever motto. Well, let me tell you about the ' friend ' I made. Her name is Dawn and she was the estimator that handled my body work insurance claim. From the very moment I spoke to her for the first time I knew the experience was going to be great... she was absolutely one of the most knowledgeable, caring, professional and I could go on and on. She was on my side every step of the way and she had to go through my insurance policy ( or the other partys', I'm not sure exactly ) to give them estimates of the damage and they replied back with an approval. Actually, something just popped into my head. The wreck was not my fault and ironically the other party had the same insurance company that I did. Of course the other party's claims adjuster tried to put the blame on me. She tried to twist the story as many ways as she could to catch me in a lie or whatever. She kept saying ' I can't see that in my pictures. ' Well guess what, MY claims adjuster had called me to tell me that the other partys' insurance had accepted responsibility. When I spoke to the other partys' claims adjuster that was far from the truth. She grilled me for an hour trying to get me to say the wrong thing. She also kept saying ' I don't see that in what I'm looking at ' ( Google maps ), I got out in the freezing cold rain to go take more pics so she COULD see what she needed to see. I forgot to mention that the other party admitted fault at the time of the accident and it was clearly obvious it wasn't my fault. So, let's get back to Dawn: absolutely amazing! I won't take my cars anywhere else and I will refer everyone I know who needs body work on their car to her ! I will add pictures tomorrow, I haven't taken any since I picked it up. Silly me !
