I wouldn’t recommend coming to this establishment. I went to get my car washed after being at circle k gas station (gas station right next door). I was greeted by the owner Mybiu. He let me know about the $40 special they had for the day. I decried I’d get my car washed and let my car pass through the machine. While I was in the machine my drivers side window snapped off. Mybiu was standing at the the entrance of the machine and I rolled my window down to show the damage. He asked me if I wanted to file a claim. I said yes. He quickly explained the claim process and said he would be back after his investigation. I sat in the waiting area inside. He came to me and asked me to fill out a claims form. On the form he marked the incorrect area of damage and the incorrect year for my vehicle. I pointed out the issue with the damage area and filled out the form. After my vehicle was done being washed he told my me claim was denied because he saw a scratch on my mirror and that leads him to believe my car had prior damage: I explained bought my car used there are scratches in different areas of the car but mirror was never damaged. I also explained my mother borrowed my car this morning and there was no damage to it then. When I was at the gas station next door there was no damage. It’s only after I came to his car wash my car was damaged. He tried to claim his investigation showed no issues with his machines. He also said he had his car pass through and nothing happened to his car. As he was speaking to me an attendant walked up and told him about the machine not performing properly. I pointed out to him that if his machines were in such pristine condition he wouldn’t be having this issue now. Again he said he thinks the damage occurred before I came to his car wash. I explained it didn’t. I finished the conversation by letting him know I’d be taking him to small claims. I drove off and returned because I decided to call the police and file a police report. As I was sitting there waiting for the police, a number of cars came to get serviced and they weren’t able to because his machine was malfunctioning. Do not waste your time and money here.

The wash itself is great. It's the young men outside waiting to dry and vacuum car off I have the problem with. After years of not going, I tried a 2nd location as the actual place I wanted to go was no longer taking customers. They never do a good job wiping car down especially the wind shield and windows(there are always streaks somewhere)

Went here today for a full service car.Wash paid sixty nine dollars.I expected a tire, clean and shine.I was told that was extra at the end.I was not told at the beginning.I expected to paying sixty nine dollars for full service car.Wash, I expect my tires to be glossed and ready as I drove off.I noticed the windows were not fully dried when rolling them up were not goat.Its location again. Also my windows where still dirty after I left. I want a refund.

Visited the location on Millbrook. Quick service, super nice young men, and the inside was nicely cleaned/vacuumed/ smelling great. The reason for 4 vs 5 stars was the missed back window full of loving doggy nose boops. My son has his driving test first thing Monday morning, so I wanted to make sure the car was cleaned and all windows were cleared of prints and spots. Otherwise, I can say on a whole we get great service at this location.

I don’t know why this place has 3 stars but my experience was great. No wait, great customer service, and thorough cleaning. Prices are reasonable and they have plenty of options for whatever type of car cleaning you need. Didn’t try and push anything beyond what we requested. Place is clean and welcoming, easy to navigate and has snacks and bathrooms while you wait. 11/10.
