don’t waste your money here. update: came again because it’s close to where i work and i needed to get the salt off of my car and wanted to give them another try. got the pro wash this time to get the underneath of my car because of the salt. anyways cars still dirty, wouldn’t recommend, don’t waste your money. literally couldn’t couldn’t even remove the dust off the back of my car. took the dust off the top but the trunk area was basically untouched and the other dirt that can rub off with your finger didn’t come off. price isn’t bad for good results but i didn’t get good results.
They have good car wash options and free vacuums. The vacuum areas are wet though because you have to go through the car wash first and then use the vacuums. This might be okay during the summer when the sun may help dry the area, but not during the winter. Other car washes let you vacuum first and then wash your car so the vacuum bays are dry. Also I noticed that there was still soap suds on the rear hatch door when I opened it to vacuum the interior.
Staff very honest about what the washes do for your car and very nice! Did the 24 dollar wash and it gave all it offered. Definitely going back!!
Amare- was professional and friendly- my first time here he was very patient with my questions. The site manager even came by and said hello. I really like the complementary spray they give you for your car.
I recently stopped by this location because I found out they were charging me monthly for a membership I did not knowingly commit to. When I popped in the first time, I spoke with the attendant and asked for a single car wash. They told me that it was cheaper to do the free trial ($12.50), and KNOWING there's no such thing as free... I clarified by asking if I would be automatically enrolled in any sort of membership, and they said no. I pulled through, washed my car and left. This was in April. Here we are in July and I'm doing my quarterly finances and I see that they've been charging me $25/month since then. since I did not have a membership number, I was not able to get through to anyone using the app or website, so I showed up in person and talked with the attendant. She was very sweet and acknowledged my concern, then she searched through her database and was able to give me the membership number I needed to follow through with cancellation. Since I was already pulled in with cars behind me, she said I should go through carwash to exit. As I was going through the car wash, I heard a crack and noticed that Machine had snapped my antenna off and cracked my windshield. I immediately pulled over and spoke with the attendant, and he mentioned that people had been asking for quite some time to have the passenger side mechanism recalibrated because it was damaging vehicles. He also asked me if I had seen the sign with the warnings, and I said I had not. He mentioned that "he'd told management that people couldn't see it there, but they insisted", so I took photos of where it was located. I then watched him move the sign 15 feet forward and to the driver's side lane so that people could actually see it... (I have video of this happening). I then got on the phone with customer service and they told me that I needed to speak to the site manager. Guess what, no site manager. Nobody there to help me file a claim, just two nice hourly individuals that work for a company that ultimately scams people. I’m extremely upset, and I have a bad feeling that the firewall this company has put up to prevent me from to speaking with anyone in power will ultimately lead me on a wild goose chase. I'm requesting on-site video footage because these warning signs were not put out when I pulled in, but the team quickly put them into location afterwards in an effort to relinquish any blame. The equipment isn't calibrated right. The staff admits it. Avoid this place at all costs.
