Definitely a five star car wash probably the longest car wash I’ve been in in the state of North Carolina. They don’t run you through at 15 miles an hour JB get you from the door. What a gentleman I won’t even go into detail. It would be too long, wasn’t a greasy towel. Nowhere in sight like other car washes soaked with armor all towels were like brand new JB ran me through check with me. The whole time asked me if I needed to run through again brought out air fresheners brought out coupons. They run you slowly through there and you get all the goodies that you pay for no rush job JB thank you so much. My truck has been set for one year. All I did is wipe it down with those dry towels you guys got when I got home armor all the tires check it five stars definitely probably the best car wash in the state of North Carolina. Look for my boy JB he got it going on. He’s bringing you tons of stuff helping you wipe down checking with you good service comes with a smile that’s for facts. This is the car wash. Has it going on the staff is awesome drink machine snack machine machines car accessories all in the area cheap best car wash I’ve had in a long time. I’ve never had to run it through twice whatsoever usually I’m going through twice twice JB if I ever own a car wash well I’ll have to talk to the owner, I have a small car lot. I know where they’ll be coming before they go on sale ha ha ha thanks JB and staff you guys got it five stars all the way the hot wax killed it love it.

After going here on and off for 2 years, I finally decided to become a member. Customer service is a lost art in our society, but this place has it. Every time I come, Im greeted with a welcome or a smile. Someone always comes over and does an extra deep clean, with their hands, on my car while Im vacuuming. Ive needed to talk to customer service once or twice for a need, and both times they were quick and helpful. They always have towels in stock, and spray bottles. Trash cans are never overflowing. Vacuums have great suction power. As a small business owner myself, these things all make a difference to me. Furthermore, Im not the kind of person that gives companies a 5 star review unless I believe theyre truly deserving of it. And honestly if I had only gotten good service here once or twice I wouldnt have wasted my time leaving a review. But its just so consistent. They are truly a 5 star biz. Thanks Sams!

Big thank you to Isaiah and Dakota for helping my wife with her dead car battery. I pulled right in to help my wife and instead of questioning why I pulled in that way, they went directly to help jump start her car. Great group of guys

This is the best car wash in the area! The facility is clean, there is sufficient light in the evenings, and the staff is courteous and professional. As a disabled veteran I was particulary impressed by Dakota and his crew who took the initiative to offer assistance to help with wheelchair lift. This is a top spot!

This place is a complete disaster. The wash brushes are extremely harsh - I bought the premium membership and my car ended up covered in scratches. Unlike other car washes, they don't provide any interior cleaner after the exterior wash; all they offer is a basic vacuum and window wipe. Total waste of money and damage to your car. Even the floor mat washing machine is broken. asked for a refund for my $35 membership, and after issuing the refund, they still charged me $25 for a single wash. If zero stars were possible, I'd give them zero - even one star is too generous for this place
