Remarkable shop. They did a diagnostic for free and confirmed that yes, there were problems with the transmission. Then, rather than quoting a new replacement, they researched and priced a used unit, but forewarned me that even with that, the cost would be likely too high for the value of the car. They were right. All that effort on my behalf with no benefit forthcoming to them. If you are looking for an honest analysis with no hidden agenda, go to these guys. Speak with Lenin who runs it. (Marx and Engels were not around the day I was there. Probably off doing something bougie like skiing.)

What makes this experience truly exceptional is that they charged no fee for the inspection, made zero attempt to upsell me, and didn't try to fix a non-existent problem. I took my Nissan Versa to this place based on their positive online reviews. They did NOT disappoint! Working with Lenin was easy and pleasant. They were prompt with a FREE diagnostic check and gave their honest opinion in regards to the necessary repairs, even if it meant they would not be getting any business from my car situation.
