First class service from start to finish. The transparency of the work that they performed on my car is a game changer. Photos and videos of the parts before and after should be a standard in the auto repair industry. It’s basic common sense. Autoscope knows how to run the business. I wouldn’t hesitate to take my car there and avoid the black hole that most dealerships offer for repair.
So yes, I was very satisfied with dealing with Steve and Moe and the young lady that was sitting next to Steve. However, we didn’t get to the end of why I came in in the first place. I was having what I thought were transmission problems, but it came to like that there was other things that needed to be done costing about $11,000 which of course I wasn’t prepared to do that. Your staff is very friendly very professional and I’m sure if I get another European car I will be back to visit y’all again. Thank you so much
One of the smoothest experiences i’ve had when trying to get a service done on my benz. First time here and they were very informative on everything that needed to be done without being pushy on getting extra work done on my car. Highly recommend coming here over a mercedes dealership for a service, so much more affordable and great people! Mind you, mercedes quoted my b2 service to be 2k and i only paid 700 here!!
Nicole and team saved my day. I traveled in to town to do a pre-buy on a car for my son and brought it to another shop only to find out they couldn't download the DME data from the car. Desperate, and late in the day, I called Autoscope. Nicole answered and was incredibly helpful, answered my technical questions and somehow fit me in to their schedule on short notice. The reports were complete, their technician was easy to talk to and their process was flawless. I bought the car and drove it 4 hours home. I highly recommend their service!
I was smelling fuel in my garage, through some troubleshooting I found it was coming from my mini cooper. Contacted Steven at Autoscope and we spoke about the issue, had the car towed over to their shop which was a holiday weekend. Promptly on Monday after their I expert took a look at it, he quickly ascertained the problem and found a couple other primary issues that needed to be taken care of. I authorized the repairs and the next day was able to pick my car back up. I was very pleased with their attentiveness, knowledge, & quick turn around of my vehicle. I highly recommend the team at Autoscope plano.
