Excellent rehearsal space! Includes drums, PA, and excellent amps. Very reasonably priced, and great A/C. Owner/Mgr. was amazing, very nice and accommodating to us. Older industrial building, but I was impressed with everything the space offered and it was clean. Even has a green screen if you want to key in some background. Highly recommend the place!

Rawness. Great sound in the room due to perfect dampening by the owner jim Wright. Knowledgeable, been around for a long time, great dude. Quite the local personality and knows alot about local band legend and lore. I think we did a very reasonable Daly rate. We had our own PA so it was a quick in and out but we got our money's worth. Killer jam pad. No crime, clean, great place to get work done without distractions. 👍 Pass The Ammunition rehearses there from what I hear.
