Rawness. Great sound in the room due to perfect dampening by the owner jim Wright. Knowledgeable, been around for a long time, great dude. Quite the local personality and knows alot about local band legend and lore. I think we did a very reasonable Daly rate. We had our own PA so it was a quick in and out but we got our money's worth. I've been a tenet here for almost ten years, been in multiple rooms with different bands. The area Avalon is in, is a bit sketchy (homeless and the occasional crackhead), so don't leave any valuables in your car when parking. For this reason, and the two price hikes in less than a year, I've only given 4 stars. The Manager, Jim, is good, fair to deal with.

Best rehearsal space in fort worth! they have cameras great security and cool people. Jim is a cool dude and never had a problem. BEST REHEARSAL SPACE IN FORT WORTH

We have met great people here, written incredible music with fantastic collaboration, and forged some solid partnerships that are going strong years later. I love being a part of the Avalon experience!

This is my second time around getting a room from Avalon Multimedia. The first band I was in fell apart which is why we moved out, but because of how awesome it was I decided to recommend it to my current band. We have one of the newer room and it's great! Good rates, good security, the sound carries nicely, AC(my experience in the past) is good, and easy access. Everyone I know who rents there would also agree! Come rent with us!
