My partner and I hired Avela to arrange, prepare and serve an intimate dinner at home in celebration of our 54th anniversary. Working with Alyssa to plan the event was easy and enjoyable. She confirmed all details to ensure that the stage was set for a successful event. Chef Turner and Nathaniel arrived, made the kitchen their own, took control and managed everything. We didn’t have to do a thing but enjoy it all. The dishes prepared by Chef Turner were masterful – all delicious, interesting and memorable. Nathaniel was incredibly helpful with the table setting, serving and pouring wines. We felt spoiled and our guests raved about the quality of the event. And at the end of the evening, the kitchen was immaculate. This was a perfect celebration of our 54 years together and we will certainly call on Avela for future events.

Avela Catering was top-notch! We had a 5-course dinner planned for my wife's birthday. Working with Montana made things easy - the planning process was prompt and seamless. Chef Trevor and his team prepared an amazing meal for everyone and the leftovers are still being enjoyed a few days later! Thanks to the Avela Catering team for playing a part in my wife's birthday celebration!

10/10 Experience! Planning our backyard wedding + dinner with the Avela team was simply perfect. It was stress-free, the food was absolutely delicious, and everyone was wonderful to work with. A big thank you to Alyssa who organized our event (florals, tent, decor, menu, etc) with so much care and detail! As well as the support from Miranda, plus the chefs and servers on the day of. They were all so kind, professional, and left our kitchen looking completely spotless. We were so impressed and will be dreaming of this beautiful dinner forever. Highly recommend!

Avela’s team was an absolute pleasure to work with! The chefs were accommodating and easygoing, and the servers were incredibly warm and attentive, and the food was outstanding! I would highly recommend them for any event!

Chef Evan and chef Brian were amazing! I planned a surprise birthday dinner for my fiancé at our house and from beginning to end they were prompt, professional and so easy to work with! We went with their new omakase menu and wow!! Our guests were so impressed with the presentation and the food tasted amazing!! I cannot say enough about this company! I would highly recommend Evan and his team!
