First of all, I just wanted to say thank you so much! I’m so happy with the service here, Jerel was very thorough with the walk through and was also so kind. The minute I walked into the venue I knew that this was what I wanted for my friends baby shower. The cleanliness and the aesthetic was top tier, this venue has everything I wanted and more. They even recommended a caterer & the food was so good. The communication? Great! They communicated effectively anytime we had questions. 10/10 recommend.

This past Saturday (March 28, 2026), my husband and I had the pleasure of having our baby shower at Aventus House. It is black owned by a husband & wife duo. During this entire process I absolutely loved the clear communication!!!! It didnt matter weather it was email or by phone. Answering any and all questions. They were always on time for all of our meetings. Up front and honest. Very much down to earth but, still professional. The venue was always clean and when it was time for the shower, I didnt have to lift a finger. Everything was beautiful and just how we discussed. I could go on and on because, I truely have no complaints. Always remember you can find something cheaper but, cheap dont mean good quality and you get what you pay for! 😉

Avenue House was absolutely amazing! The decor was beautiful and really elevated the entire event space. The team was professional, responsive, and so easy to work with from start to finish. I also loved the different package options. They made it easy to find something that fit exactly what I needed. Highly recommend for any special event!

I had my baby shower here recently. The owners of the venue were so kind, responsive, accommodating, and walked me through every step. Made sure I understood all the options they had available, which were so many! They made sure myself and my guest got to the location okay and the venue was decorated exactly how I wanted. Truly 10/10 service and I would absolutely host a gathering here again!

This is a nice venue to have a small gathering of about 40 to 50 people. The place is very clean and well kept.
