We had an issue with our fridge and called Award. The engineer Luke came out quickly, diagnosed the problem right away, and had everything fixed efficiently and professionally. He clearly knows his stuff and was friendly, tidy, and reliable throughout. Our fridge is now working perfectly again — couldn’t have asked for better service! Highly recommend Luke at award for any refrigeration repairs.

I initially contacted award refrigeration and air conditioning to find a solution for my other who is disabled and required some way of controlling her room temperature via her voice. Award attended to discuss the options and found an Alexa compatible unit which would allow my mother to do what she required. Great service and knowledge of products and a clean and tidy installation. Highly recommended.

They Installed Air-conditioning to the middle floor of my property and They were very efficient The engineer, Joe with his apprentice, Ellis, carried out the work to high standard, and anything I need moving wasn’t any trouble for them to do so ;also cleaning up after themselves to the point that they brought their own vacuum cleaner with them ,they worked solid for two days installing the system. , I’m very pleased with it. Also very pleased with everything they did and they put back everything in the house to as it was before I can Highly recommend the company as I was recommended it by my brother who had the system fitted to his house and he was also very Impressed and told me What a good job they done hence why I chose this company to Install the system in my house I Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody that wants a system fitted To the house with staff that Knowledgeable, courteous and caring Nothing is too much trouble

Could not find any faults from Award. The engineers were like colleagues to us despite them being contractors. The office team always go above and beyond and are always friendly towards us over the phone or via email. Award upholds quality work.
