Bruce and Awesome Arcades are The Best! Communication was great, the Arcade arrived quickly and was well packaged to avoid damage. Despite proper preparation, the video module would not produce a picture, just music was heard. (suspect unit banged hard during transit). Bruce quickly sent a new one. Now the unit works great! Bruce always responded to texts, emails, and phone calls immediately. His YouTube videos were very helpful, too. Buy from Awesome Arcades, you will be glad you did!

Reviews are usually my wife’s department, but this time I wanted to leave one.I would give 10 stars if I could. Bruce with Awesome Arcade is an excellent company. Sure many company may start with good customer service then things change once they have your money. This is where Bruce outshines his competitors. He quickly answered my text, phone calls and emails even after I paid. I never felt rushed and he was never bothered with my many questions. Each part of the process was carefully explained and there were no surprises. After delivery Bruce was just as responsive with his communications. The build quality and the graphics are great. I have had my machine for 4 months now and we love it. Even now if I have a question Bruce would answer. We have tons of fun on game night with family and friends. This company is truly AWESOME.

This might be my favorite thing I’ve ever bought. Not only are the games awesome and an amazing trip down memory lane, but the whole experience was just phenomenal. As others have said, he’s just so responsive on everything from the go. And the build quality is so good that it brings a smile to my face every time I use it. I cannot emphasize enough how much good customer service is appreciated these days and Bruce is the best. Personalized attention, quick communication, and clear guidance on the process throughout. The product is well built, as advertised, and a pleasure to use. We sourced this for our pub shed but while we wait for the electrical to be completed, we had to of course open it and put it to use in our home. We are reliving all the fun we had as young adults. Having grown up in Pocatello I always like when I can support a business from Idaho. However, having to have something like this shipped across the US is always nerve wracking. The care and level of attention to the packing was above expectations. If you are concerned, don't be. If you are hesitant, you needn't be. This business deserves your patronage. I bought a cabinet from Bruce last fall and its been a great addition to the house. He was very helpful in getting it shipped on the date we needed it delivered and his videos are wonderful for a seamless set up and operation.
