Went for walk from hotel to find this shop, we’re not disappointed Mick was friendly relaxed and so helpful amazing shop beautiful jewellery, amazing opals enjoyed the shopping experience and our purchases, will definitely go back while we are here, highly recommend a visit if you’re in the Gold Coast D&J

Edit 15/03/25: Hats off to Mick for staying open throughout Cyclone alfred! I revisited Awesome Jewellery several times upon returning to the Gold Coast. My partner and I purchased a variety of pieces including earrings, a dolphin brooch & a couple of pendant necklaces. Absolutely love the diversity of each design. The quality and durability of every piece is remarkable. My white opal ring from last year looks like new. I recommend Awesome Jewellery for consistently affordable prices, quality and high level of customer service. Thanks Mick, we will certainly be back soon! Initial review March 2024: I first visited this shop about a decade ago and fell in love. My partner and I recently visited this shop several times during our trip to the Gold Coast. My husband gifted me this beautiful necklace from the Carrara markets after we watched a lot of the TV show Aussie Outback Opal Hunters 💕 the photo doesn't do it justice it's absolutely stunning Coober Peddy white opal - we've come on holiday and I CAN'T WAIT to visit the surfers store today!
