This is the only mechanic I will be using from now on. Trusted and reliable. Travis and his crew have worked on my truck a couple of times! The price is fair. The team is extremely transparent and walked me through what my issue was and the best plan of action to get it fixed. They have even had me bring the truck back to make sure it's running properly after being in the shop. These people care and that is hard to find. If you are worried about getting work on your vehicle and need someone you can trust. Go here they will take great care of you and give honest work. They got my GMC canyon working again nicely and im so happy to be back on the road thanks to them!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The most honest mechanics who value their customers more than making money. I really appreciate that instead of selling snake oil, they were very upfront that they didn’t think they could fix what I needed. As a young woman in college, I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to not have mechanics try to take advantage of me. I would give six stars if I could. If you need fairly priced, honest mechanics then this is your place.

I just gotta brag about these guys after yet ANOTHER AMAZING service I had done today!! AZ Automasters has been so good to me that I've been coming here for years! My SUV was having issues with the transmission upshifting so I brought it in for a diagnosis. Turns out that it wasn't even my transmission but my catalytic converter! I NEVER would have thought it was the cat causing my transmission to act up, but I got my SUV back today after they fixed the cat and she is running even better than when I first purchased her! This is why I trust these guys! Not only did they diagnose my problem correctly, but the turn around time & communication throughout the process was fantastic! They always have phenomenal customer service, explain the repairs to me in ways that I can actually understand (and if I don't quite get the "auto lingo" they are so patient in breaking it down for me in layman terms to make sure I do understand!), & they are always on top of communicating with me. I've now brought 4 of my vehicles here for servicing and maintenance over all these years and the experience is always the same, if not better, because it seems like they really actually care about getting to know ME, and not just my cars. The waiting area is stocked with yummy snacks & drinks like juices, sodas, & hot coffee which is really great when I have to wait for a service that takes around an hour or so like when I get a Brake Fluid Flush or Coolant Flush along with my Oil Change. I usually just snack & work while they work! Not to mention the pricing has always been exceptionally fair!! Definitely give these guys a shot if you're looking for a trustworthy & fair priced shop with great mechanics that you can rely on!!

MIKE IS FREAKING AMAZING, I won't go into my life story but I will say this, he's a God send amongst other things. A philanthropist and humanitarian to say the least. This man has went above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle was repaired safely for me to be able to get to work and get my babies around. When I say I'm greatly appreciative for Mike and everyone at the shop, especially Crystal she was wonderful in offering a listening ear and a shoulder... She's amazing as well. If you're ever looking for a shop I highly highly recommend here. This shop has two locations, the one I visited at 2343 E Baseline Rd in Gilbert and the other being 4122 W. Venus Way in Chandler.

I highly recommend either location of AZ auto masters to everyone. This is a down to earth shop, with great staff. From the owner to the tech. The reception desk are attentive to your individual needs, and convey it to the owner and the techs. There is no pressure selling. They are however driven by safety, your safety, and if you have kids, precious cargo. They have helped my niece in her time of need, being a single mother. Pricing is more than reasonable, considering rising prices everywhere. Both men and women can rest assured you are getting honest asessments on maintainence and repairs. Give them a try, they are keepers!
