I had dropped off my vehicle to have a spare tire put on. Unfortunately, they forgot to check it in so when I arrived to pick it up, it was not ready. Rafael stepped up and took care of it right away and made it right. He turned a bad experience into a good one. Great customer service!

I want to express my immense appreciation for Carlos Martinez Jr., the store manager at Discount Tire located at 1936 East Baseline Road, Mesa, Arizona 85204. Carlos truly went above and beyond in helping both me and my son. He not only assisted us in selecting the right tires but also took the time to carefully diagnose the issues with my truck’s warped tires. Unlike other places where I lost nearly $2,700 on unnecessary repairs, Carlos patiently showed me the real problem using the balancing machine, and his dedication and transparency restored my trust and gave me peace of mind. Thank you, Carlos, for your outstanding service and for making such a positive impact on our experience.

Olivia and the rest of the crew were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about helping me out with my car. Everyone went above and beyond. Ive come to discount tires for years and have had a great experience every time. Will continue to come here 👍🏼

So I brought my car in at 12 o’clock, Yesterday which I prepaid in full for these tires the day before they tell me an hour they don’t even bring my car into the bay for 2 1/2 hours. I don’t pick my car up until after 3 o’clock. I don’t mind waiting, but if you’re gonna give an estimate, give a valid one. Also my rims are tires are filthy.l like they didn’t even clean them up and I didn’t bring it in dirty. I work at a car wash. My car stays clean Extremely disappointed with the service I received extremely disappointed I will never come back to this location rude and like I’m bothering them checking the status of my car

Got the tires I wanted.And actually, they talked me into better tires and bigger tires.They were nice, friendly and knew what they were doing.And it didn't take very long at all.
