I had dropped off my vehicle to have a spare tire put on. Unfortunately, they forgot to check it in so when I arrived to pick it up, it was not ready. Rafael stepped up and took care of it right away and made it right. He turned a bad experience into a good one. Great customer service!

So I brought my car in at 12 o’clock, Yesterday which I prepaid in full for these tires the day before they tell me an hour they don’t even bring my car into the bay for 2 1/2 hours. I don’t pick my car up until after 3 o’clock. I don’t mind waiting, but if you’re gonna give an estimate, give a valid one. Also my rims are tires are filthy.l like they didn’t even clean them up and I didn’t bring it in dirty. I work at a car wash. My car stays clean Extremely disappointed with the service I received extremely disappointed I will never come back to this location rude and like I’m bothering them checking the status of my car
