I got a flat tire about a block away. When I got to the shop, i was greeted with a smile in the parking lot by Rob. He really went above and beyond to help. I knew i needed 4 tires but couldn't really afford to do all of them at once. He explained that they have financing available for people without great credit which is awesome! I ended up getting tires and maintenance done on mine, and my daughters vehicles! God bless this place! *edit: the location i went to was the location on Lindsey and warner by the Circle K

We were enroute when we experienced tire trouble. The tire representative was so pleasant and helpful. He checked all of the tires immediately! Nio charge!!! He filled all tires and sent us on our way. Fantastic customer service. Thank you Big O Tires!

I had a fantastic experience at Big O Tires in Gilbert, AZ. I stopped in with a tire that had a nail in it and there was no wait at all. Ash was incredibly courteous and helpful from the moment I arrived. I had brought the tire in the back of my car since it was from my wife’s vehicle. Ash took the tire out, patched it quickly, and—much to my surprise—didn’t charge me a thing. He explained that this is just a service they provide, which was a very pleasant surprise. He even placed the tire in a plastic bag before putting it back into my car so my car wouldn’t get dirty. That extra attention to detail really stood out. I’m thrilled with the service and professionalism here, and I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for all of my tire needs going forward.

Went in yesterday needing a quick, 1 tire replacement for my son's girlfriend that was stranded down the street with a flat. Mark quickly greeted me upon entering and got me taken care of very quickly. Mark was great, fun, kind, understanding and friendly. He then came and found me just outside when they were finished. He appeared to really like working there and helping people. Thanks again Mark!
