I can't say enough good things about AZ Bounce PRO! From my initial call, their customer service over the phone was outstanding! And the linens? Absolutely stunning! Big thanks to your crew for their incredible attention to detail! The linens were not only spotlessly clean but also perfectly steamed, completely wrinkle-free and looking fresh! I will be booking yall again for sure!

AZ Bounce Pro provided rentals for an event at my kid’s school. Initially, we noticed how much nicer the inflatables were than previous years. During the event, my daughter lost her phone in a bounce house and AZ Pros worked hard to get it back to us, even traveling out of their way to make sure we received it safety. They are an upstanding citizens and worthy of our support!

I called with questions before I rented a slide for my daughters birthday party.... My daughter has special needs and I wanted to make sure I got a slide that would work well for her... The person I spoke with was super friendly and happy to help.... They were very communicative ... Got my email confirmation immediately and I got texts the day the slide was delivered and the day it was picked up letting me know when they would arrive. The delivery people were respectful and nice.. The slide was in excellent condition and clearly well maintained. I will definitely rent from AZ Bounce Pro again! Thank you so much!

I used AZ Bounce Pro in March and April of 2021 and they were amazing! Each time they were great at communicating with me, on time, professional and just great to work with. Besides the reliable staff and being able to actually communicate with them, their products are the best! Every time someone came and experienced these bounce units they were blown away by the size and quality of them. Many of my friends asked for their information after as they could see the difference in their products versus the random guy that "has a bounce house" you can get for $50. In the world of inflatables you really often get what you pay and it is worth using a reputable company like this one! Do not hesitate to use them - my kids are already begging for another one!
