Struggled to replace my screen protector by myself so popped in to see if they could do it for me. They did it there and then with the screen protectors that I had brought from home, at no charge. Big thanks to Saf for the great service!

Terrible experience. Charged for work not completed. Brought in two watches to be fixed at lunch on NYE. Was told they would be ready by EOD, but I asked him what time he would be open on New Year’s Day and he said by 10 at the latest. Turned up at 11:15am, the shop was closed, had to phone him to come and drop off the watches. One of the watches he hadn’t fixed, the other he said he had and was quick to get me to pay £20 and get me out the shop. However, the clasp is still broken. I phoned straight away and he admitted he hadn’t finished it, despite charging me, and said I could come back another day. Unfortunately will not be back to Manchester soon so asked him just to refund me. He’s now gone silent and will not respond.
