Great company, everyone was friendly and professional from the person who helped with the order to the person who set up and took down the bounce house. Kids loved the construction themed design. Will definitely use them again!
We used AZ Inflatable Events for our company holiday party and they were fabulous! Very helpful and responsive customer service. The equipment provided was clean and wildly popular with the kids. Great experience! We booked a movie night for our elementary school and it was fabulous. There was a chance of rain, so AZ Inflatable Events promptly reached out with dates that we could reschedule our event to. Then when the forecast cleared up, we were able to get our original date confirmed again. On the night of the event, AZ Inflatables arrived with plenty of time to set up and played music until the movie started. Sound was perfect! Movie night was a hit! Thank you so much!
This is our first time using AZ Inflatable Events and they were amazing to work with from beginning to end! Their inflatable booths, tents, cotton candy & snow cone machine were great quality, and everything was in great conditions. When placing the order over the phone, they asked all the right questions of where we would have the event, if we needed generators, ect. Oh, and let me not forget that everyone who I spoke to gave top tier customer service. Thank you so much for letting us have an amazing Spring Festival and we will be booking with you all of our school events to come!
**New booking January 2025** Another successful event thanks to AZ Inflatables. Kate is fantastic to work with. Sent her an email and she easily pulled up my booking from 2023 and we iterated from there. No problem for them to send insurance requirements to the hotel. Lots of communication from them on set-up and breakdown/loadout. They do exactly what they say they are going to do. Totally reliable and great value for the expense. If you are considering a DMC to manage your corporate event, don't. You can do it yourself with the expert help of AZ Inflatables. Adding some new pics and video from my most recent event so you can see what a set-up in a hotel ballroom might look like. My attendees had a blast! **March 2023 Event** Call this company first! Other companies weren't insured or had really poor customer service. Call them first. Fantastic customer service, great prices, and they delivered exactly what and when they said they would. Would not hesitate to rent from them again!
