We first had AZ Complete Comfort come for an emergency fix and stayed with them for a year now. The technician Kyle Dunnett has come to my house twice now to perform my the semi-annual maintenance on my HVAC system. Kyle has been efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding of my families situation. Everybody I've met and communicated with at AZ Complete Comfort has been a pleasure to interact with.
Mike was out today for routine maintenance on my older unit. He found a few minor issues and explained in detail the recommended parts and repairs. I am confident with my decision to be proactive and move forward with the service. I have peace of mind knowing I am not causing further damage to my unit and waiting for the day it will stop working. I appreciate the quality workmanship, honest evaluation, and reasonable pricing! Our upstairs A/C stopped working overnight. I called AZ Perfect Comfort this morning, and a technician arrived. Michael was knowledgeable, friendly, & professional. The A/C was repaired and the two furnaces had annual preventative maintenance performed during this same visit. We've always had great experiences with this company. They are customer focused, fair, & efficient company. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
