Luis and team were here yesterday to clean my Room & Board velvet sofa and a microfiber chaise which were both gross after a decade of my dog using them as his primary lounging and sleeping spots. Luis warned me that the cleaning would upset the nap of the velvet and would leave stripes on the sofa. Indeed, it did but the sofa is so much cleaner I don't even care. (Also, once the sofa was fully dry I was able to use a gentle clothes steamer and a horsehair brush to help re-lay the nap of the velvet in the right direction.) It's not perfect, but I am ok with it because the sofa is SO CLEAN and not smelly anymore. Honestly, such a godsend, I was actually thinking I might have to get rid of the sofa. All my communications with this crew were easy and professional, and they arrived exactly as promised - at the start of the time window. The cleaning took a little less than an hour, it was super efficient. I called around to several places and this was by far the best -priced. Would not hesitate to recommend Luis and team to anyone needing upholstery cleaning!
