I went in last night to print out flyers for my teenage daughter's business because I ran out of color ink. The printing came out good, but he gave me one price and switched it when it was time to pay. I dislike giving BlPOC-businesses bad reviews. In fact, I typically wouldn't but I thought it was bad business to price gauge and expect repeated business....and audacious enough to request a review. Side note: There were witnesses and asked what they heard and they confirmed that the price was changed. Positive: Open late, helpful with printing techniques (format to download for the best ); Negative: Lack of price transparency, lack of integrity, poor communication (at best) Given that I'm big on value alignment, its highly unlikely that I'll return unless this changes. This could've been a great opportunity to build a rapport with a repeat customer, but instead he did a bait-and-switch. Smart technique, but not good business. Bad service would've got them a 1. Okay service + poor practices got them a 2. Hope this helps ✨️
