This place is terrible they basically forced my daughter to surrender my 6 year granddaughters dog after her eye popped out in a dog fight. She scrambled to get help from organizations but it was a weekend .They left the dogs eye out of her head for two days. My daughter tried to remove her and get a second option but they said they would call someone and have her removed because of her eye still being out. This dog is a rare colored Shih tzu and was under two so I believe it was all a scam to just get the dog. I called and pleaded for any kind of help but if your low income and have no credit to get the help then your screwed. The dog was surrendered so she could be helped. My granddaughter still cry’s for her dog that she traveled with from Kentucky. The story is even deeper than that her uncle who has now passed away gave her that puppy. If I could I would give them a zero. So please don’t listen to the bull about how it’s in the dogs best interest because as you could see she was well cared for , it was housing or the dog….. what a choice to have to make. Homelessness or your dog , if you see Cupcake let her know she is missed dearly.

Referred by my neighbor I took my very sick cat Peter here. Waiting area was packed with customers but they saw me within an hour. Dr. Catala was very caring and detailed. He recommended to hospitalize Peter and after treating him that afternoon called me to bring him home for the night and back the next morning to see the Chief Vet Dr V. They both conferred and examined his blood work results & x-rays. Recommended an antibiotic for pneumonia, probiotic and nausea meds. Peter has recovered and is getting back to himself. They both followed up with emails and phone calls. They gave me the best birthday gift this year. I can't thank them enough and I highly recommend B Street Clinic and their excellent team of vets and vet techs. Also they are truly dedicated to helping your furry friend and not about how much $$ they can make and taking advantage of you when you are upset & vulnerable. Their prices are reasonable and they try to minimize costs. I find that truly heartening. ❤

Best Vet I've ever been to. We are experiencing homelessness. B Street Vet made accommodations so my Baby Girl could be seen. She is doing much better now because of the special care we received at B Street Vet. Special Thanks to Dawn Nielson

The vast majority of the staff I've interacted with here are quite nice, I've only had one not so great interaction over many visits. Can be a chaotic waiting room experience but partly because this team goes above and beyond for the pets they help. The front desk employees are so kind and helpful, and the vets/vet techs work so many hours to ensure your pets get the tests they need and you see the test results as soon as they come in.

We had a very positive experience at B Street (given the circumstances, obviously). We were visiting from out of town when our dog encountered a bush of fox tail, started crying in pain, shaking his head, etc. It was very stressful for our pet and us, and the entire B Street team was kind, patient, and supportive. We did wait a long time in the office, but I prefer that to knowing the care of other pets is being rushed. My dog is always scared of the vet, and being in pain, he was quite frankly, aggressive, but everyone was patient and gentle with him. The procedure and cost were clearly described, and the team answered our questions. Our dog feels much better post surgery. My only wish, or suggestion for improvement, would be for a Dr to have called in the next day to check in post-surgery and post-anesthesia. Finally, no one shamed me for engaging in an insane amount of baby-talking to my dog or stress-eating half of the front-desk bowl of candy (human candy, not the dog treats, I did not eat the dog treats).
