Attending the Mixology Cert class was a super fun and educational experience. The session was designed to teach basic skills, preparing us to deliver an impressive list of classic favorites with ease. Jason, our instructor and an active bartender, brought invaluable real-world knowledge to the class. His openness to questions made the discussion welcoming and engaging. I definitely recommend this class to anyone looking to step into the shoes of a mixologist or enhance their basic bar skills. My only suggestion would be to provide in class a print-out of the recipes covered—having that handy would be a great addition!
David and Jason were top tier instructors. Even as a beginner, they introduced the world of mixology and beverage serving to me in a way that made me excited to learn more. The passion here is infectious.
I took the BARTENDING CERTIFICATION LEVEL 1 class to learn how to make cocktails. Jason was the instructor and he did an awesome job in teaching our class of 6 different cocktails (20+). Jason is very knowledgeable and taught us how to make cocktails. He gave tips and tricks to remember how to make the cocktails. Highly recommend the class - whether you are learning for hobby or starting in your bartending journey as a professional.
Great experience learning how to make cocktails. I learned a lot and we got to use real alcohol. The instructor made the class go by super fast with lots of experiments and competitions. It was fun and super informative.
Had a great time with Jason who is very knowledgeable and fun. The details that Jason shared with us in this beginning-level course were all real world examples of how to be a great bartender. Super helpful all around. Thank you Jason! Was fun and very informative!
