We got our tree yesterday, $170 for a 8ft Frazier fir… there is not a machine that shakes the tree to get the loose needles off. The young man at the register was extremely rude. They do help you load it onto the roof of your car. The kid doing that said they only watch a video on how to do that 🤣 we kept of fingers crossed it didn’t fly off on our drive home . Overall I thought it was very expensive. I hope it lasts and is fresh.

This time of year here is MAGIC! I have brought my child here for 13 years to witness the magic of Santa and Albert. The unseasonably warm atmosphere of a holiday original show and chat with santa is the greatest local twin cities tradition. Anyone who knows a child should start this tradition!!! You will repeat year after year! Have breakfast at Patrick’s Bakery in the warm greenhouse. Watch the Magic of Santa and Albert at Bachman’s . Pick out a tree.

We used Bachman’s for our wedding flowers and they turned out beautifully—everything looked just how I imagined. They delivered earlier than expected, so I didn’t get to meet any of the staff, but the arrangements were gorgeous and held up great. The planning process was solid overall. They were open to all of my ideas, which I really appreciated. Communication was a little slow at times, and there wasn’t much room to negotiate on price, but in the end, we were really happy with how everything came together.

Not only is Bachman’s a great place to get seasonal plants and garden things, but their wedding flower arrangements are breathtaking. I was able to work with their team easily to get a small amount of flowers needed for my wedding ceremony - a bridal bouquet, boutonniere, and two table arrangements. They were extremely open to any floral preferences, ideas, and inspiration I had for what I wanted my arrangements to look like and were also very accommodating to suggest ideas when I wasn’t sure what would go well together. For such a small number of flowers, I was able to arrange for pickup the morning of the wedding easily, although they do drop off their arrangements as well if that’s a service that would be more helpful. Every bit of the flowers were fresh and beautifully put together and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product.

Original Bachman's location where the family started their business! Great fun looking at the home decor, history wall, Patrick's Cafe, and the flowers (of course). High quality home goods and lots of unique items. The plants and flowers have reasonable prices and are in better health than other places.
