I’ve been coming to Back In Balance mainly for Chiropractic sessions with Dr. Steven Murray for the past 3 years and it’s been a great experience every time, he’s extremely knowledgeable, energetic and makes you feel comfortable right away. The team is professional and welcoming. I’ve also recently tried Massage Therapy and Osteopathy sessions with Yulexi Sebasco Ferrera who really takes the time to explain everything and the sessions were really nice. The location in Downtown is convenient and overall a place I would totally recommend!

Back in Balance is an outstanding wellness center, and my experience there has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calm, professional, and genuinely welcoming by the receptionist. Yulexi, my masseuse and osteopath, has been absolutely formidable. His expertise, intuition, and deep understanding of the body are remarkable. He takes the time to listen, assess, and treat with precision and care, making each session both effective and deeply restorative. I leave every appointment feeling aligned, relieved, and significantly better than when I arrived. What truly sets Yulexi apart is his ability to combine technical excellence with a compassionate, personalized approach. You can immediately tell you are in the hands of someone who is not only highly skilled, but also truly dedicated to your well-being. I cannot recommend Back in Balance — and especially Yulexi — highly enough. If you are looking for real results, professional care, and an exceptional therapeutic experience, this is the place to go.

I had an amazing experience. The atmosphere is great, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. Steven did a thorough assessment, explained why my back hurts, and gave me actionable tips I could use right away, especially at work. He also identified that I’m hypermobile and taught me how to avoid dislocating my shoulder during certain exercises. What really stood out is that they focus on helping people get better, not on having them return for unnecessary treatments. Highly recommend!

I’ve been visiting the back in balance clinic for a while now, and every experience has been consistently wonderful. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calm, clean, and welcoming. I’ve been seeing Yulexi for massage therapy, and he is absolutely excellent. He has a professional and welcoming presence that makes each session comfortable and effective. His technique is thorough and attentive. He really listens to what areas need focus and applies just the right pressure. Every time I leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better. Yulexi truly cares about his clients’ well-being, and it shows in the quality of his work.
