best form of communication. I never received confirmation of my order till I had to call in and ask if they were going to handle my order. Then I was told the owner would get back to me by days end. Email came that afternoon to confirm and ask for payment. They did a wonderful job on what was requested. The cake was extremely tasteful. The cupcakes were moist, not dry at all. The store itself is clean and I was helped as soon as I walked in.

Hands-down, this is my favorite bakery in Bakersfield! My favorite thing to get here is their raspberry cheesecake trifle. If you love raspberries, this is a must have. Every year I order their raspberry almond cake for my birthday and just recently it was ordered for my baby shower and everybody loved it. Seen the bakery on TikTok and I happen to drive by it the next day and I have to say it did not disappoint. Everything looked amazing and the items we got were so good (brownie and tres leches strawberry crunch). The prices of the baked goods and his cakes were so reasonable. Will definitely be buying more items and I highly recommend trying it.

I was looking for a cake for my best friend's first baby's gender reveal. I read lot's of reviews and every single one was raving about how delicious everything was. The owners/bakers were extremely easy to work with, they brought my vision to life- it was even better than the inspo picture I had originally provided. The cake was relatively inexpensive considering I had looked around and other places wanted double. I opted for a funfetti or confetti cake and it did not disappoint! The cake was ready as promised, boxed beautifully, it was moist and fluffy and just the perfect amount of sweet. Some of the guests even went back for 2nds! I am SO happy I ran across Baked Bake Shop and will definitely choose them each and every time going forward for any of my cake needs. I look forward to also trying their other bakery items soon!

The Tres Leches cake selection here is outstanding, especially the traditional tres leches—it’s a must-try! My personal favorite, though, is the chocolate-on-chocolate cupcake—absolutely delicious 🤤 What’s even better is that the prices are about half of Sweet Surrender’s, yet the taste is just as good, if not better. The tres leches here definitely has the edge. Their custom cakes are professionally done and offered at very reasonable prices. It’s rare to find a cake shop that’s both affordable and consistently delicious, but this place nails it.
