I travelled with my family early one morning, so needed energy for the day ahead! greeted beautifully by staff members Viv and Mel. Super helpful and patient with my little ones, even jumped straight into helping clean up and accidental mess they made. Highly recommend on you way through the airport ☺️

I popped into Baker’s Cut at Canberra Airport with a fair bit of time before my flight — which turned out to be a smart move. From the moment I approached the counter, Eva greeted me with a warm smile and made sure I knew about the locally-sourced bakery goods. The sandwich I chose (on fresh Three Mills bakery bread) was delicious — crisp crust, good filling, real flavour — and the hot coffee was expertly poured. Meanwhile, Viv took care of my payment and offered to pack my pastry so I could enjoy it-on-the-go without mess. The café space is clean, modern and uncluttered, perfect for a relaxed moment before flying. The service from Eva and Vib was prompt and genuinely friendly — they didn’t rush me even though the queue was growing. I left feeling well-fed, well served, and glad I chose Baker’s Cut for a comfortable airport stop-off. Highly recommended.”

I can’t imagine how an outlet can run without a menu! They have a menu up on the wall with no prices. There isn’t a paper menu or even a QR code. I guess then it is completely left to the barista to decide how much they want to charge and whether there are extra service charges etc. Apart from it probably not complying with the Australian regulations it’s also massively disappointing customers like me who dont like to walk up and ask the prices for each item manually from the barista. The outlet operator should take more interest in the operations.
