I am very disappointed with the customer service.Dave the owner was not very interested in helping loyal customers. We bought several rooms of furniture. When we needed another nightstand that was unavailable from manufacturer he would not sell us the one on the store floor. He was totally inconsiderate to us and he displayed very poor customer service. Then he accused me of making the mistake of not buying two nightstands with our main purchase. He was not interested in helping customers so that he could get repeat business. He rather aggravate customers!

Greeted friendly at location, and Warehouse manger was friendly on delivery. Did not care for the length of time to wait for delivery. It was 9 weeks. Also prices are extremely high. Two recliners and love seat over $4000 and quality ok but not $4000 worth. Ashley's would have sold me a full living room set with sofa, lounge chairs, two end tables and coffee table for $4000. Less expensive options but it was my choice to buy and I am okay with purchase.

Absolutely a gem!! Great location in downtown Garland, wide selection of furniture, rugs and decor. I'm a regular! Nita and David are wonderful to work with and always give great advice! I couldn't recommend a store mote highly!!

Phenomenal selections of modern and contemporary furnitures. Went there to browse and ended up spending a bunch of money. Great brands and high quality furnitures.

Went in quickly. Both brothers were there to help me. I was very impressed with their helpfulness. Nice stuff in this store. Worth a visit. Will be going back soon when I have more time.
