I highly recommend Bali Ayu Day Spa to anyone looking for exceptional, all-around service. I booked a 60-minute massage with Lulu, and it was truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and relaxing. Lulu’s attention to detail and her ability to target my pain points with precise techniques made the experience unforgettable. She consistently checked in to ensure I was comfortable throughout the entire service. The staff was amazing, and the spa rooms itself was absolutely wonderful. I will definitely be returning

This was my first time getting a head spa and it was an amazing experience! I booked the crown spa ultimate and Atalia was so sweet and welcoming. I highly recommend her! I ended up so relaxed I took a nap and feel so refreshed. Thank you Atalia!

Atalie gave me the most amazing scalp massage treatment I’ve ever had. From the moment it started, I felt completely relaxed and cared for. Her technique was incredibl; soothing, thorough, and perfectly balanced. I walked out feeling refreshed, stress-free, and honestly glowing. She also took the time to get rid of nodes in my neck and shoulders. You can tell she truly knows what she’s doing and puts so much care into her work. I can’t recommend Atalie enough and will definitely be coming back!

I scheduled an appointment for the Crown Spa Ultimate for my mother (as a surprise) and the Crown Spa Ultimate for curly/coily hair for myself. I was very happy to see they had a version for different textures of hair. The bed you lay on is heated and from the minute I laid down, it was beyond relaxing. 90 minutes of relaxation: head and scalp treatment/massage, plus a mini facial and a neck, shoulder and arm massage. I've never had an experience like this and 100% would recommend booking and treating yourself! This was the best part of our whole weekend and we are already looking to return for a full body massage next time! Atalia & Kat were fantastic and very good at what they do!

Kat was AMAZING! My son and daughter signed me up for the “Crown Spa Ultimate” and it was an hour and a half of pure bliss. Following a short discussion that focused on my likes and dislikes (I prefer cold water - a first, according to Kat), I was given a gown to change into. The massage table was HEATED and quite comfortable. Every step of the process, Kat was focused on my comfort. And wow. Starting with the face massage and mask, followed by a thorough head massage and hair wash, it was incredible. Try it. You will not be disappointed!
