I called them the day before the day I needed them after realizing Party City didn’t exists anymore. Sharron was extremely helpful. She took my order helped me stay in my budget. The next day everything was delivered as planned with no issues. The arrangement she made was PERFECT. Thank you so much for coming through last minute and for making my daughter’s 20th birthday a beautiful one. Will definitely always use you in the future.

We were absolutely delighted with the fabulous balloons and the wonderful service provided by Balloon Guru. My initial contact was by phone with Brooke, who walked me through the process for making color and design choices - she was extremely helpful and made lots of suggestions which were really valuable. On the day off the baby shower the balloon garland was delivered already assembled and was installed by a lovely employee, who was both friendly and very efficient.... it was such a great experience and I would not hesitate to both recommend Balloon Guru, and use them again for any future events.

I’m so late in leaving this review. The balloon arrangement I ordered and had delivered to my grandsons place of work for his 18th birthday surpassed my expectations! The driver called me to let me know they were on the way and they also took pictures and sent them to me after delivery. The arrangement was bigger than my grandson who is almost 6’ tall. Many of the balloons lasted over a month. This was a little pricey but well worth it. The company is very professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have used this company many times now. I was so surprised to see how beautiful the balloon bouquets were. Absolutely beautiful. I used them for my granddaughters, birthday parties and also for birthday gifts for my clients. Always amazing service and beautiful bouquets that my clients loved. Highly recommend this company. This last event they did for me, made the entire party stand out. My granddaughter was so impressed and so happy to see how beautiful everything turned out. I highly recommend them.
