The owner's we're awesome. They create a beautiful display for my 92 year old mother in law. Me and my wife couldn't have been happier. A great experience and I would definitely recommend them and go back myself in the future.
Yury was incredible! We used Balloons Decor for my husband's 40th birthday and he knocked it out of the park. He transformed the venue into the 80s theme we were looking for. We will certainly use their team again!
This was the worst experience ever!!! I ordered a Balloon Rosary for my moms birthday.. She passed away 3 days ago.. I wanted this to be extra special for my mom.. The rosary was supposed to be released into the air as we sand Happy Birthday to her but it never left the ground. .. No helium in the balloons.. I was charged $320 !!!! I requested a refund but was told by Yuri that all he could refund me was $50!!! Very Disappointed and Bad Business!!!
Reached out for a last minute balloon bouquet for my 3 y/o daughter's birthday. Was able to turn it around in a few hours, complete with delivery to my SF home. Great service!
Balloon decor, Yura was very pleasant to work with. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs for my mothers birthday. We had agreed on a specific location and agreed on everything. However, the venue got changed. Yura was able to accommodate us, and went above and beyond our agreement we are very happy with his service, professionalism and his attention to detail.
