I have been ordering balloons from Iris for my daughter BD parties for the last 7 years. Iris is always very helpful, she first sends drawings and photos of exact colors and we together finalize the order. Her balloons arrangements look always amazing. She is also very kind and responds right away to any questions I have. There is no better balloon place in LA.

Iris has incredible customer service! I would highly recommend "Balloons you Love" to everyone! Iris is highly creative, friendly and gives that personal touch. She quickly puts your ideas into. a sketch for you to preview. I have used her service at least 7 times and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Her balloon bouquets are truly out of this world. My grandchildren LOVE her balloons!

Ordered Balloon decorations for my 50th Birthday dinner. Called and got an immediate response. Iris was super friendly and helpful. She met with me and we went over what I wanted. She even drew a mock up, and offered suggestions. She stayed in contact with me up until my event. She arrived on time to set up, and everything was great. All the guests complimented on how nice the ballon decorations were done. I would highly recommend her.
