I visited Bam Kazam and was very disappointed with my experience. We had called prior to arriving and the staff said that it was not a super busy night and that walk ins are welcome based on availability. When we arrived, the parking lot was practically empty and there were very few people in the building. We asked for a slot for 4 people and they said they couldn’t do it for 45 minutes and that the manager couldn’t override the system to book us since they were on break. It was clearly not busy and they could have easily accommodated us. All in all, this establishment needs to work on its customer service and I hope the owner can find better employees that understand how to make a business profitable.

ista was the goat!!! super fun experience, so many cool activities, rooms, and things to do. way more active and interactive than you’d picture a regular escape room but it’s so much more than that. fun for all ages (aside from a few minor glitches which the staff were super helpful with)

The rooms were fun and challenging. We went as a family Thursday night and the experience started with us being able to go room to room and try different games. The downside came when the rooms were quickly over booked and the experience became stale quickly. There should be a maximum limit of groups/patrons based on time slots rather than the free for all with seemingly no order. If you’re planning a weekend trip during peak times be ready to wait.

Loved our time here & when the littles visit we always come back. Highly recommend. Jake was amazing as well!! He was so attentive & helpful. Fun time with the fam!
