My husband and I’s first time home buying experience was better than we could’ve ever imagined because of Greg. He was always available, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. We learned so much from him and he seemed to truly care about helping us find the perfect home. Greg has worked with two members of our family. He is very knowledgeable and has alot of helpful contacts. He communicated great with us through each step of the home buying process. He will give you honest feedback about the status of homes. He truly wants you to be happy with whatever home you end up purchasing. We cannot recommend Greg Larsen enough! He was a great asset during the home buying process, especially as first time buyers. Never once did he make us feel like any question was too dumb, and was able to answer any questions we had. He’s very knowledgeable about application processes, things to look for/watch out for when looking at houses, and even recommendations for who to use for things like insurance, utilities, etc. Even when Greg was injured and on crutches, you’d never notice because he was still able to show us houses like normal!
