I just have to say, given this place has been around as long as it has, they should keep all lanes properly oiled. The experienced bowlers deserve it! They only oil the lanes on the left and if don't know this and they assign you a lane on the right side you won't have a productive game. And they don't mention this when you rent the lane, they should at least give you the option to choose.
ETHAN, DANIEL, ALEJANDRA, WERE AWESOME!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD WERE DELICIOUS GREAT PORTION SIZES! VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BOWLING HERE
We visit mostly in the summertime during the kids bowl free promotion. Other than the occasional lanes always getting stuck and having to wait for someone, The staff is pretty attentive. This year now that im taking a toddler with us (1 yr old) , I had to post this so other moms wouldn't get caught off guard. This changing table in my opinion is not safe! Regardless if the straps are in tact, i had to hold the table up with my hip while I was changing my daughter. Please address this issue soon.
Short answer? Renovation and modernization of the place and the food. I'm over 40 and this place has not changed much of at all since I was a little kid. If you want to bowl and that's it, then sure. The food is basically frozen and tossed in an air fryer. The pizzas are made there but it's terrible tasting. I think all the ingredients are the bare minimum with no flavor. frozen shipped and thawed. Getting food is super slow as there are maybe two people and probably not paid much. They were nice and did their job but it just seems like sub par food. The staff were very helpful and patient all around. That was the good part. The bar has basic every day beer. Nothing special and at bar prices. At the end of the day, it's an old Bowling alley in much need of renovation and a refresh of how they make food. If not, it will end up like the Bowling place on DeZavala.
Hey guys! 👀 Let me share something fun with you all. This weekend, my girlfriends and I discovered a new bowling alley. Well, maybe not “new” exactly—it’s been open for a while here, but we only just found out about it recently. 😆 The prices are pretty reasonable. While the interior design of the place is a bit old-fashioned, it’s well-equipped and has professional-grade gear. Most importantly, it’s great value for the price! 😄 Especially if you go on a Sunday, that’s the most cost-effective day of the week—only $22 an hour, and it even includes bowling shoes! 😮 We’re not regular bowlers, but it’s really fun to do every now and then In my opinion, 3-4 people playing for an hour is ideal. I’ve tried going with just one friend before, and after about 30 minutes, our arms were so sore. 😅 With four people, everyone takes turns, and an hour is just right. If you play any longer, your arms will start to feel it—especially for casual bowlers like us. So, playing occasionally like this feels just perfect—no need to overdo it. 😆
