This place is hit or miss whether you get a good employee that cares. Extremely disappointed with how I was treated today. The woman at the front desk couldn't have cared any less that they completely screwed up. She couldn't have looked more bored with the situation. Awful experience today. Awful.

guys please dont trust this place! I brought my dog in and they told me all he had was a cough and a heart murmur that same night he had some sort of seizure and I went for a second opinion at a different place where i found out he has congestive heart failure, if i hadnt gone for that second opinion what would have happened to my dog? I also really dont believe that they take good care of their patients. A family friend of mine brought in a kitten they found and when they finally “got to him” he was dead. They were “very busy” but i feel they were closer to being neglectful in both situations.

Banfield has been a blessing to our dog Sunday. I’m glad I found a trusted veterinary that provides updates during each visit, appointment reminders and remembers my dog by name only after two visits. All the staff are so friendly and love on my baby girl Sundae at each visit.
