Hillary is so great. She’s professional and very thorough when working on my recovery from a right total knee surgery. She listens to my questions and always figures out a way for me to attain my goals. She makes PT fun!

Jessica is very professional, knowledgeable and very nice, she helped me so much with my wrist! And Bama, at the front desk is the nicest person!

recently underwent Arthroplasty Suspension surgery and will require approximately 10–12 weeks of physical therapy. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and cared for. Bama at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. Jessica, my therapist, is extremely knowledgeable—particularly when it comes to thumbs and their mechanics. Shannon also went above and beyond to repair my brace after a minor mishap, restoring it perfectly. While my experience with the team has been excellent, I do need to share a concern that does not reflect on the staff or the quality of care: the parking situation is extremely challenging. To ensure I make it to my appointment on time, I’ve had to arrive 20–30 minutes early just to circle the lot in hopes of finding someone leaving. There simply isn’t enough parking to accommodate patients for this facility and the adjacent Cancer Treatment Center. As someone with a disability, I’ve found the lack of available handicap spaces especially difficult. On multiple occasions, I’ve had to walk two blocks from the far end of the lot to reach the entrance. The overflow parking across the street is also too far for those of us with mobility limitations. I respectfully urge whoever oversees facility planning to consider adding a parking garage to better serve patients and visitors. Without improvements, I may need to reconsider returning for future therapy, despite the outstanding care I’ve received.

I recently had treatment with Sarah Chapman at Banner Gateway. She was very friendly and professional. Her evaluation was comprehensive, and she explained everything she planned to do before and during treatment. And best of all, she fixed my vestibular disorder in just one treatment. I am more than pleased and highly recommend Sarah and the Banner PT center.

Athena is the best physical therapist I've ever had. Very professional and encouraging. She explains things in a way I understand. I recommend her to all my friends. She does schedule out months and months in advance. She's worth the wait.
