Visited yesterday with symptoms of laryngitis, reception was very efficient and saw a PA who tested vitals and for Covid, flu and strep. Results: positive for Laryngitis : medications prescribed and picked up at CvS promptly.. Great experience and reassuring that Baptist Health Urgent Care Express is there. Well done!
I had a bad experience bc i had a minor infection that they could have handled, but they recommended going to the ER. Long story, but i agree with the other review about no doctors and sometimes questionnable people evaluating you. I think i will start driving to the brickell one to avoid problems i had on kb
I had a bicycle crash on Key Biscayne and fractured two ribs and almost did the same to my wrists and shoulder. The staff and doctors at the urgent care were very courteous and professional. The care and service I received was just excellent.
Excellent service provided: professional and attentive care, strong dedication to the patient, appropriate use of diagnostic tools, and continuous, clear communication throughout the process. The diagnosis and treatment plan were thorough and well-explained. The administrative staff was highly efficient, and the medical team — particularly Dr. Rivera — demonstrated great competence. In summary, it was a very positive experience in addressing my medical concern
Our visit with Dr. Dawnta was superb. She made every effort to treat my toddler with care, compassion, patience and absolute kindness. All while assisting me in handling my younger toddler with coloring pages and crayons. I’ve been back and forth to a doctor for weeks and this woman easily did her exam, took samples, got us a proper diagnosis and send medications to our pharmacy within 45 minutes. As a mom I’m so grateful to her and her expertise on a tough family day like today.
