I attended a sound healing session here and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in Miami. The space is absolutely gorgeous, so peaceful and beautifully designed, you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even more special. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.

One of my favorite yoga studios in Miami. The space is intimate, welcoming and personal. I especially love the early morning yoga class with Jasmyn. It sounds crazy to wake up that early, but her class is sooo energizing and grounding. I always leave feeling centered and ready for the week!! Highly recommend this Miami yoga studio if you want a personal, high-quality yoga experience. I can’t wait to come back next week.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Luisa is truly exceptional at what she does. Her work with energy and vibrations is powerful, intentional, and deeply healing. This place has become my favorite spot in Miami. I closed 2025 with a very special session alongside two of my closest friends, and it’s hard to put into words what we experienced. The energy, peace, and deep sense of calm we felt afterward were simply beautiful. I am so excited to begin attending all the new classes and experiences she will be offering at her new location. Miami has truly been needing a space like this—something soulful, grounding, and real.
