I’ve been to this center before, and I truly want to say how grateful I am. The last time I visited, I was struggling with a persistent cold and couldn’t recover for quite a while. The doctor was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and chose the right treatment for me — it helped a lot. The entire staff was kind, caring, and professional. I felt listened to and genuinely cared for, which is so important when you’re not feeling well. Thank you to the doctor and the whole team for your professionalism, attention, and warm attitude. I highly recommend this center.

Always great staff, knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to listen to you and answer any question you might have. Great location and usually not a long wait time. Nurse Steph is the sweetest, she has seen me before and always has a big smile and very comforting. It is my family’s go to for any emergency

My visit to Baptist Urgent Care at Brickell was excellent! The receptionist was friendly and checked me in within minutes. I was quickly seen by the nurse and then the doctor, and the entire visit was very smooth. The only thing that felt a bit unusual was the required video during checkout, however, I did understand the efficiency behind it. Overall, I was very impressed with the staff and had a great experience and care!

If you are looking a semblance of cost transparency from your urgent care provider, I'd urge you to look elsewhere because you won't find it here. Went in for something very basic that I already know the market rate for: no procedures were done, just a 5 minute checkup and a prescription and I was on my way. While going in, I kindly asked them to be transparent about the cost of care, and they showed me a chart, attached. I asked them to please keep the level of care within the lowest tier pictured. When I got surprised with a copay that almost doubled that amount, I called them multiple times to at least explain why the amount was so exorbitant for the basic level of care received. The only piece of information they would give me, is a billing line item written as "Urgent patient care lev 3 new UC". When I asked them to clarify what level 3 care meant, they proceeded to bounce me between 5 different agents on the phone, claiming another department has an answer to this question. Finally, one agent stated was that it's based on some internal points system based on the condition you presented with and other factors, which the agent declined to clarify on any further. Looking through the reviews, I am far from the only one who had this issue. Thankfully, There are better urgent care facilities in Miami that are transparent and upfront about costs. Seek better alternatives and hold providers accountable for cost transparency.
