I recently purchased a gold rope diamond-cut chain from Barclays Jewelers, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The craftsmanship is excellent, the diamond cut really makes the chain shine and catch the light beautifully. Customer service from Tina and Kabir was professional and helpful throughout the process. My husband and I first shopped at Barclays 10 years ago when we bought our wedding/engagement rings. Since then, we've made small purchases and repairs, and no matter what we're shopping for, we're always treated like top customers. Most recently, I visited Barclays solo to shop for a gift for my husband. From start to finish, they answered all of my questions, worked within my budget, and never made me feel pressured to make a purchase. In addition to the unmatched customer service, the gift was a hit, and the quality is unmatched compared to the many other stores I browsed. The level of professionalism, kindness, and honesty is hard to find in Miami, never mind from a jeweler. I cannot recommend them enough.

Barclays jewelry saved my engagement🥰💍👫!! Am so thankful I found them, completely by chance. Special thanks to Raj (the owner), his wife, and Maria (not sure if it was the name but she was keyyy 🔑🥰). My story is crazy, I was invited last minute to go on an amazing catamaran trip to Croatia. The day of the flight I decided it would be the perfect place and time to propose. Decided to buy a ring a the worst possible time, only having about 4 hours before going to the airport. I went to the Seybold jewelry building in Miami hoping to maximize my chances of finding a beautiful ring since there are a lot of stores in the same place. Went running from place to place searching, started panicking, running out of time and not having good options (my wife’s got the weirdest taste 🤣). I was really struggling, no store felt like it had the right one. Thanks to the universe or something I entered Barclays Jewlery store and everything started to align into place. Raj and his team started to bring out everything they had and decifer with me the idea of what my wife would lov from things I knew, to her taste and the right feeling. It was very hard, I came in without knowing anything about diamonds and came out a gemologist 🤣. They walked me through all the specifications, carate (size), clarity, color, shape, origin (natural/labgrown), ring material, ring size, certification, Insurence, etc… for me every detailed mattered, and together we were able to bring that idea to life putting together different combinations until it was suddenly very clear to me I had the perfect ring (I felt it, was kind of crazy😳), the right mix of her and me. The ring was assembled perfectly, certified and insured, I went straight to the airport to catch my flight just in time. I met up with my wife and the group in Croatia for the Catamaran. With help from the group, I proposed to my wife on an island at sunset, on the top of the mountain with drone footage, LOL it was an overkill 🌄🔝🎯. To anyone who reads this, I know this may all sound like a made up, cheesy, fairytale story, but it’s not haha thats how it really ended up happening and I write this because am extremely thankful for the way everything went through and it all started to align perfectly after buying the right ring, it felt right 💪🔥. After everything, my wife, myself and the families enjoyed and lived every part of the story, there were a lot of details and scheming, and they all massively paid off 🤣🥰. I encourage anyone thinking of getting engaged to find the courage to do it, don’t be lazy, be passionate and most importantly enjoy it 👊, it’s a one in a life time event (hopefully one time event 🤣😆) and you will savour it for the rest of your life. PS: IF YOU DONT HAVE TIME, READ THE TIPS: - INFORM YOUR BANK YOU ARE BUYING A RING OR THEY WILL BLOCK YOUR ACCOUNT AND TORTURE YOU🤣, CASH IS KING 💰👑 - Tell no one, surprise is so fun, there is just something grand about fooling everyone😈🤣 (record surprises if possible). - Find out what your partner likes (shape, size, ring size, colors, all specifications…) 💅way in advance so they forget. Maybe help from a best friend, be modest, don’t ruin the surprise. - YOU WANT IT TO FIT 💍in the moment. Buy half a size bigger than what you think, it can always get fixed later. - BUY RING FITTERS, 🥳they will lov being able to wear the ring whithout waiting to fix the size… - Put in also touches you like, mix is original and meaningful. - If possible do it in a beautiful place, somewhere with great view not crowded. You want to enjoy the moment privately or with a group. 🌄😱 - Have complices🤐 in the planning (just the necessary ones), you will need help… record everything, drone was very cool !!🚁😱😎 - Search for reviews and legitimacy of the store before you buy. 📊 - Buy insureance for the ring so they can use it a lot 😴 - Ask for the IGI International Gemological Institute certification, see the IGI verify it on the web.🧾 - Not handling the stress?🤯, grow a pair, you can do it 👊😎…

My wife and I had a very positive experience at Barclay’s! From the beginning Tina and the rest of the team were very welcoming and helped us design the wedding bands of our dreams. Beyond helping us with our wedding bands they polished and tightened a loose prong on my then fiancées engagement ring (in just a few hours). I would highly recommend dropping by for any of your jewelry needs.
