Hey!! I don't mind explaining my poor experience a little further. I was stuck in traffic, so I called ahead of my appointment time, asking if it would be okay if I were a few minutes late---since I got the last appointment of the day, no other client would be affected. The woman on the phone said yes, that was fine, so I rushed there only to be taken into a waxing room, where she explained to me for like 5 whole minutes that she couldn't provide the service. Weird way of communicating. Would have preferred her to be honest over the phone instead of wasting both of our time. Ironic too, since that was the reason she said I couldn't do the lift + tint. It kinda felt like the girls working there just really wanted to finish for the day and close. Bad vibes. I mean, fair enough, but at least have the grace of transparency.

My first 2 times getting sugaring/wax here by Vanessa was good, highly recommend her. However I tried a new esthetician because she wasn't available, her name is was Erin. After the wax, I had a lot of broken hairs and I asked her, but she said they are too short to come out. Infact they were just broken from pulling in wrong direction, I checked my hair before my wax appointment and I don't have any short hairs because I get waxed pretty regularly. I hate getting broken hairs because my skin doesn't feel smooth after and it causes ingrowns. She also didn't stretch my skin hard enough that it made the appointment more painful than it should be. She also went over the same area 6-7 times. And then after it was done, she didn't even apply any lotion or wipe the area down and it was very sticky from the sugar. I will be back, just not to Erin.

I am from out of town and I asked if it was possible to get a Brazilian using sugar process. I had no appointment and it was a Monday morning. Sharon fit me in and did an outstanding job. It is by far the best wax/sugar job I have received. She took her time and did an immaculate job removing hair! Thank you for your excellent service.
